MANDATORY COMPETENCY

Each sub-module will need to be completed in turn, in consecutive order and the entire module must be undertaken.   This course can be used by both AWM staff and third party individuals.

For AWM staff, this will be used to work towards Mandatory Competency in conjunction with the required amount of SOA and AOS meetings.  Once Mandatory Competence is achieved a trainee adviser will be able to go on to the FCA register and may start to advise (under supervision).
